Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed by 2:30 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, barring unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather events, holidays, inventory availability, carrier delays, or operational disruptions.
Shipping Options
Customers may select standard or expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on carrier selection and destination.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers fully to the purchaser. Casco Bay Hemp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.
International Orders
International orders are subject to additional restrictions and compliance requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal for import into their destination country.
2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All Sales Final
All consumer sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the case of items damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact orders@cascobayhemp.com
within 7 days of receipt and provide:
Photos of the damaged items in original packaging
Order number
Shipping address
Upon verification, a replacement may be issued at Casco Bay Hemp’s discretion.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Ship
No Subscriptions Offered
Casco Bay Hemp does not offer subscription programs, auto-ship services, or recurring billing of any kind. Any prior auto-ship offerings have been discontinued.

Taxes

Order Cancellation
Casco Bay Hemp reserves the right to cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, may violate applicable laws or regulations.
Cancellation does not transfer legal responsibility—compliance obligations remain solely with the purchaser.
7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Casco Bay Hemp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
8. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse
Casco Bay Hemp reserves the right to:
Cancel orders suspected of fraud
Refuse service
Suspend or terminate customer accounts
Dispute chargebacks and recover associated costs
Abuse of the chargeback process may result in permanent account termination.
9. Customer Accounts
Customers may be required to create an account for purchases or B2B access. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
Casco Bay Hemp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
No Class Actions
Claims must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
