United States + United Kingdom Private Label Partnerships
You’re united. We’re united. Now let’s unite with each other. You have the cannabinoid demand, and we have the supply. From what we in the US know about the British CBD market it seems like it’s exploding. And if you know anything about the hemp and CBD production of the United States, you know it’s booming… some years supply somehow even outstrips the demand for hemp. That’s some aggressive farming.
It’s pretty impressive how much hemp is pumping out of the ground over here. And now, you can be the benefactor of our bounty.
Private Label CBD – The Perfect Way To Purvey Hemp Products
If you own a CBD company, have a shop that sells CBD, or are looking to get into the game, we are here to help. We have new Private Label Partnership openings and we want to extend a hand to our British cousins. To be sure we’re all on the same page, Private Label means you order products from us (out of our Private Label Catalog, or custom if you don’t see what you want listed), we manufacture, package, label, and ship your products. They show up to you ready to be placed on your shelves and uploaded onto your website. (If you want a jump on your online retail we can send you images of what they will look like so you can list your new line of CBD products ASAP.)
Manufacturing, Packaging, Branding, Marketing – It’s All Here
On top of that, we can even help you sell your new lineup of CBD products. We offer a few simple marketing services that can get you traffic and traction right from the start. Whether you’re looking to jump into the CBD market as a newbie or are a seasoned veteran of this confusing, but ever more important market, we have the products, guidance, and solutions you are looking for.
We’re looking forward to furthering our united cause…more CBD to more people. Interested in learning more? Send us a message via the contact form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org asking about any of the products or services we offer to our business partners and lean on us at Casco Bay Hemp.
Attention UK CBD Sellers: Novel Foods Approved Raw Materials And Finished Goods
As you already know, CBD in the UK must be compliant with the Novel Food Regime by 31 March, 2021. If you have not submitted a Novel Food Application (NFA) for your finished CBD products by that date, they will be removed from shelves and you will be barred from selling CBD in the UK.
Of course, you can continue to sell CBD in the UK, as long as your products comply with the Novel Food regime. To be Novel Food compliant in the UK your CBD must be approved by the Food Standards Agency. Without FSA Novel Food status granted to your raw CBD materials, you will not be able to sell CBD in the UK.
Unfortunately, it is the responsibility of your CBD manufacturer to apply for Novel Food status on the CBD material that they use to produce your finished CBD products. You will no longer be able to sell CBD in the UK if the CBD material in your finished CBD products violates the Novel Foods process. You are in violation of the Novel Food rule if the FSA doesn’t approve your Novel Food application, or if you don’t apply for Novel Food certification.
If your supplier or manufacturer hasn’t applied yet, they are running out of time. Luckily, Casco Bay Hemp has applied for Novel Food approval, so we can continue sending CBD to our UK partners. The application is pending, since licenses won’t be handed out for at least 2 years, but the Novel Food application has been submitted.
Casco Bay Hemp is a UK Novel Food Compliant CBD Supplier
Therefore, CBD products we manufacture and ship to the UK are legal. If you would like to ensure that your CBD supply chain does not get interrupted, you keep receiving your products in the UK, and they don’t get pulled from shelves upon arrival for Novel Food violations, contact us using the form below.
